Shirley Mackney, Associate Financial Representative, joined Mark in 1989. She received her insurance license in 1992 and her securities licenses in 1999.

In addition to having her securities, life, health and disability insurance licenses, Shirley has completed several educational courses offered by Northwestern Mutual.

She is responsible for the daily operations of the office and is in close contact with all of our clients. 

In her spare time, Shirley enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family-especially her two grandsons.
Scott Edward Sery

Scott Sery, Associate Financial Representative, joined Mark in 2008. He received his life, health and disability insurance license in 2007. And early in 2008 Scott received his Series 63 and Series 7 securities licenses.

In addition to his securities and insurance licenses, Scott has completed several educational courses offered by Northwestern Mutual.

Scott is responsible for daily planning, updating client portfolios, and office organization. He started his career with Northwestern Mutual as an Agent in 2007, then moved to a support role with Mark in 2008. 

A Billings native Scott enjoys the access to the outdoors Montana offers. In his spare time he can be found woodworking in his shop, or hiking in the Beartooth Mountains with his wife, Jessica.
